ROOTS + TREES

• Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
• Organic ashwagandha Root

USAGE

• Take 1/4 teaspoon up to 3x a day as needed to support immune health
• At onset of feeling ill start immediately taking as described above, then reduce dosage as symptoms subside
• Can be taken directly or mixed with tea or warm water, never boiling as this augments the healing properties
